At Midday Motion, we want you to love your experience. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to fix it — within the guidelines below.


🚫 No Change of Mind Returns

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.


 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return if your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

 Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and with tags attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • You must contact us before returning any item

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


 Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at hello@middaymotion.store with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or video showing the problem

We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.


 How to Start a Return

Email hello@middaymotion.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting photos or video

If approved, we’ll provide return shipping instructions.

🚨 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item separately.


 Refunds

Refunds are only issued after:

  • The returned item has been received, and
  • It has been inspected and approved

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@middaymotion.store.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Personal care products
  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items
